The feeling before you hire me

You know content matters... you do it for a living! But it's never the priority.

The podcast you meant to launch for your top of funnel

The newsletter your team started, but then client work took over

The YouTube channel that keeps getting pushed to next quarter

"My ICP keeps evolving. Is this even the right place to be posting anymore?"

Client work is always the priority, so your own marketing falls to the wayside, even though you know you will never scale without devoting real time to it.

Not to mention, when content finally does ship, it does not sound like you. Even your team members who nail your clients' voice do not always nail yours. They are heads-down on client work,  not thinking about how your agency should sound to your ideal customer.

Your content should sound like it was written by someone who understands what your ideal client actually cares about.

What The Atelier offers

Three ways to work together.

Every engagement is defined, priced upfront, and focused on a specific outcome. No hourly billing, no scope creep, no long RFPs.

01

Editorial architecture in Airtable, workflows and SOPs in Asana, Zapier automations, and clear guides for every content type with a 30-day content outline. In practice

A few marketing operations I have built.

Social Media Marketing Agency

Quimby Digital

Systems built during transition.

Quimby serves parenting and wellness brands. Their content had to reach CMOs and marketing directors who were themselves marketing to parents, which is a specific reader with a specific voice, and one that traditional social content misses. I integrated across their systems, developed concepts, and managed social across five channels, including UGC-style content produced with team members, and sourced statistical content across their client roster. The content had to sound like it belonged in their world, not in every other marketing agency's feed.

Sales & Marketing Agency

COBE

Founder-trusted operator role.

COBE serves coaches building their businesses, which means a reader who is often a solo operator, obsessed with authenticity, and allergic to anything that sounds like traditional marketing. I work directly with the founders on funnel builds and marketing operations. Every asset has to sound like a coach talking to a coach, not an agency talking at one. That is the difference between content that converts and content that gets scrolled past.

Healthcare Consultancy

Dementia By Day

The operator relationship that grew with the business.

Three-time published author Rachael Wonderlin writes and speaks to two very different audiences from the same subject matter: dementia care professionals looking for clinical grounding and memory care education, and family caregivers looking for compassion and practical guidance. Six years in, I run her email marketing across both segments and manage the Dementia By Day School, her paid course and community. Each audience needs a different tone, while both need to feel like the writing was made for them.

Emily
Behind The Atelier

Hi, I'm Emily. I have been running content engines in the background for founder-led companies since 2019.

For agencies who don't have time to market themselves. For expertise consultancies whose podcasts and newsletters keep stalling out because they are evolving into new ICPs. For educators, DTC brands, and specialty service firms along the way. My job is to be the marketing operator behind the operator, turning "we should really do more content" into an actual working system to help your agency grow out of a referral only business model.

"Emily immediately picked up our tone and completely owned the entire email creation process from start to finish. She even made extra time to create educational videos for us and give advice outside her scope."
